BES now supported on Exchange 2010

This is the earliest customers have been able to deploy BlackBerry smartphones with a new Exchange release.
In order to enable full support, the following updates must be installed:
- Exchange Server 2010 must have Update Rollup 1 installed.
- BES needs to be running 5.0.1 Maintanence Release 1.
- BES must have MAPI/CDO client 6.5.8146.0 or higher installed
- BES needs to be configured to use EWS rather than CDO for calendaring.
